I received my gown and noticed small holes in the shrink wrap. I called customer service, who said she would have someone contact me since it was after hours. I did not receive any follow-up. As the box stood in the corner of my living room waiting to ship back and be re-packaged, the tissue inside the box began to fall and is now covering the neck of my dress. I will be calling customer service again to get this fixed. From what I can see in the display window, the dress looks fine, but the packaging needs improvement.
The service was great but there is no way to know if the stains came out of the dress. It came wrapped and said not to open and there was no message to say whether or not the dress was cleaned.
I really liked the way you were able to fit my big gown in the box along with my veil, however i did notice that one of the front stones that was on the dress chest is missing and had a little piece of string coming out, since its already preserved i was not able to take it all out and check the back side of it that has rhinestones, i hope its not missing those!! It was an expensive gown, and it really saddens me.
The dress looks beautiful and I liked the emails keeping me updated on the process. The box was damaged in delivery and there's part of the box and tissue paper falling from the top of the box resting on the dress. I do not believe that is fault on this company but probably ups.
I am not satisfied. My dress is crooked in the box, the beautiful colored sash is on crooked and the bead work, which makes the statement, is covered up. I would like my dress re-done. I speant too much money to have this preserved for it not to look the best possible.
I received my dress back with the front ribbon that hold the dress in the box twisted and there was a hair left on the front of the dress. I had to call and get a return label so that I could return it to have it redone.
The gown itself looks ok. Asked and paid for a special message written on the ribbon attached. The money was charged to our card immediately but the message wasn't written. A bit of a hassle to get it corrected as well because they couldn't find our account after the fact. Cheaper than most other restorations for gowns but not phenomenal.
I had to have my dress preserved twice. The first time I got it back, some pieces of the dress were ripped (not from wearing the dress). It must have happened during the shopping or preservation process. David's bridal (where I bought the dress) offered to sew the dress and send it out to be preserved again. When I got it back the second time, the dress is not placed in the display box in the correct position. It is not even like it was before and doesn't look as packed tightly as it had been.
Disappointing. Small ink pen mark on bust that wasn't there when I sent it. Shipping box broken on front side. Outer plastic torn. Inner plastic not sealed to box. Didn't care as I planned all along to hang the dress when returned. Took dress out of box and there is blood splatter and blood smudge on train, again not there when I sent it. Bottom and train of dress so wadded up that wrinkles will be hard to remove. Would not recommend you.
