Presentation of the box is very nice. My dress looks nice too except the belt is not straight. I cannot fix the belt as the box is sealed. Waste of money as I preserved my dress for 2 reasons; appearance of dress remain as close to possible as when I purchased it and second so I can see the dress/remembrance of my wedding day.
I received my clean dress and it looks beautiful. However, there was a vail in the box with my dress. I didn't purchase or send in a vail with my dress. I called and reported this and received a reference number. To date, no one has called me. I'm sure you have a pissed off client somewhere because they didn't get their vail back with their dress.
The dress looks good in the box. But did not open the box to check the bottom of the dress, that was very dirty. Did not want to break the seal, so i am trusting that it is clean. Only because of the signed copies on the back of the box. That is the only reason I did not open it.
My box was ripped upon arrival. Very unsatisfied. How am I supposed to display it with a big rip in the box? Clearly cheap cardboard.
The gown was very clean and looked just as beautiful as when I bought it. However it did not stay up on the manikin and the dress is pressing up against the plastic wrap.it looks like it's slouching down
Well I had my review up but it seems they removed it, they lost my dress. I sent it in August 20th. And I haven't gotten it back yet. After a bunch of calls to them, David's bridal, news 17 they magically found my dress today. And it still had yet to be cleaned and preserved. I just want my dress back home. I feel I did not get treated correctly for the amount I paid for this "service". I hope David's bridal does not offer this service to anyone else for I do not wish this experience upon any new bride.
Well, I had to send the dress back because I was very disappointed in the preservation. Customer service was very helpful and nice. But even after sending the dress back, my requests were not fully fulfilled and I'm still unhappy. When I initially received my dress, it had strings frayed all over the bodice where my beadwork is(which were not there when I sent my dress away). I could have easily cut them myself, but it's recommend not to remove the shrink wrap. So I sent it back with a request to trim the frayed areas and on... read more
The dress looks good. I had to send it back once because the ribbon was not correctly applied. I got it back the second time after dealing with pretty terrible customer service and was still not 100% happy with the out come. The ribbon is still pleated but I don't want to deal with returning it again just to get the same thing back. It looks nice, but will I show it to anyone, most likely not. I cannot take it out for fear of voiding the warrantee so it will sit in a box untouched for another 25 or so years until my kids... read more
My dress was not wrapped box was damaged and plastic window busted out. I'm very disappointed in what was supposed to be a display piece of my most important day. They are shipping me a return label to have them redo it. Box was punched with holes and damaged. I hope they do a better job second time around.
