The gown returned a lot quicker then I had anticipated. I assume the spots were taken out but I don't want to open the box to check.
The gown was bunched up at the bottom and looks terrible and I can't even fix it
My gown is wrinkled, half hanging on to the plastic tags that they used to keep it attached to the body, and looks terrible. I emailed them asked for them to either fix it or refund me my money, and no one will contact me back. It's making me extremely angry. I paid a lot of money for crap. I expected much better services for such a high cost.
My dress looks great, but I was charged $50 extra because someone misread my order form and thought I upgraded to the premier package. I have called to correct the issue and a woman told me she would find the order form in the records and call me back the same day. It's been about two weeks and I haven't received a call back.
The gown looks beautiful in the box. Little bit disappointed with the way the veil and jacket look. You have to hold the box a certain angle to see them. Also, my name was mis spelled on the box. I sent an email to the address on previous email and have not gotten a reply.
This is the second time my dress has been returned to me. The first time I had an enormous wrinkle on the front in the display window so I called and sent it back. During this time frame I called and asked where my dress was apparently they didn't have it wrapped yet, ok fine no biggie. I got it back for the second time, same enormous wrinkle never fixed!! And the top has the material hanging off of it! So very displeased, should have never wasted my money!!
Reasonably priced and very quick return. However, I put my sash with attached brooch in with my dress, and nobody bothered to center it on my dress, or secure the brooch on there properly. Was disappointed when I received it.
At first look, it did not look like my dress because the overall shape was wrong but it is my dress. The paper that is in the cups of the dress is falling out and you can see it but I guess that is what I get for having someone do it then ship it to me. I probably would not have displayed it anyways, but I really am not going to now. It will be something to throw in the closet with the other junk. Overall, I am glad my dress got cleaned.
I was a little nervous doing this but my friend convinced me after she had done it with hers. My dress was a nasty dirty mess after my wedding and it came back looking brand new!
