My dress came back with what looks like burn marks and the strings are pulled out half of all the beading is gone. I can't even look at it. I don't know what to do with it I can't look at it and I want to keep it and I want to throw it away. That is how bad the dress looks.
I am not happy with the outcome of my dress preservation. I added my veil that is scalloped with crystals assuming it would flow over the dress in the window. When I opened the box and viewed the window the veil is placed very weird. One side of the scalloped veil is placed over the dress the other side of veil is tuck on side and cannot be seen. I was disappointed . I really think the box should have a flap ( hard front ) this seems way to easy to puncture .
The dress looked clean and was placed nicely in the box, but the tissue paper at the top of the box has now fallen down the same day that I received it and is now covering the dress. Unfortunately I am unable to fix it because I do not want to open the box.
The gown looks very nice in the preservation box and the window is nice and big so that I can see the whole front of my gown. When filling out the paperwork to send the gown off, I saw at the bottom a disclosure that read "Rhinestones and other jewels might fall off during the process." Although I expected that this could occur, I was not prepared to see most of my pearls and rhinestones on the lace of my dress missing. Dress looks beautiful in the box. They shipped to wrong address. I doubked checked my order from that I filed out and there is no mistaking my 5 for an 8 on my street address. Thank goodness the person on my street saw the cell number on the shipping label and called me as I had recently moved and know no one on the street.
I never received my gown in the mail and I've been trying to reach you by email and phone. Please contact me!!!
It was rainy on our wedding so the bottom of my dress got pretty dirty, it was really nice to have this service. Unfortunately, I didn't know I wouldn't be able to see my dress after it got back. :'( I can't even see if it's really clean. I just miss getting to look at my dress, it's just a shrink wrapped white box now.
I received my gown but had to ship it right back because the words were incorrect on the box. But I am hoping everything works out this next time without a quiche.
