It was easy and no hassles.
From what I can tell the gown looks good, but since I cant open it its hard to give a accurate rating. There is a white piece of what looks like paper in the top of the box and one side is dangling down which is kind of annoying. Also was the dress not zipped? because the bust looks bigger and I am hoping its just because the back isn't zipped.
The dress looks beautiful! It will be neatly preserved so I will have a cherished memory for a lifetime. Thank you!
The boxed dress & veil came back extremely fast. I didn't open the box to see the condition of the cleaning & repairs, so I am hoping the quality is comparable to the speed of service.

When I received my preserved dress, the first time the box was damaged during the shipping process. I called and the customer service representative was very very friendly and helpful. I returned the dress at no cost. It came back quickly. My experience overall was great.
