My experience was "pain free" and easy. I really didn't have to do anything except put it in the box and wait for it to be returned. I think the service was quick and certainly more than I could have managed to do myself. My gown is safely stored in my home and I love Memories Gown Preservation and David Bridals for all they did to make my wedding shopping wonderful.

I was so thrilled when I got my dress back, it looked absolutely stunning! I was so happy with the effort that was put into cleaning and preserving my gown. Overall I was very satisfied with how my gown turned out, the packaging of my gown, and the amount of time it took to get my gown back. The gown looks BEAUTIFUL! It sparkles! I love the was it is arranged inside the beautiful box, and even the veil is visible. I hate to put it away. My experience with the Bakersfield David's Bridal store and the gown preservation service has been exceptional! While I did not preserve a wedding gown, I did have the amazing opportunity to preserve treasured family clothing items dating back to the mid 1900's. My dress was returned to me quickly. It looks nice in the box, but not perfect. I am a larger woman, and the body shape they use to position it is much skinnier, so the dress doesn't lay flat.
Fast service!!! Took care of my dress and shipped it back within three weeks.
