I was not expecting the dress to be so beautifully displayed with the evils in their box. It was a wonderful surprise.

My dress looks so beautiful! When I opened the package and slid my dress box out I cried the same "This is THE dress!" tears I cried the day I found my perfect dress. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dress!! Every time I look at it I smile just like I did the day of our wedding. Plus, the process was so easy and convenient!

I was amazed at how fast I received the dress back. When we opened the shipping box, the dress was beautiful in the storage box. My daughter and even her husband were surprised at how good it looked. Now the dress will be easier to store. I am glad I spent the money on the kit when I bought the dress.
Easy to send in, they communication throughout the process and received my dress back looking really nice in a box. Only complaint is the bust is deflated in the box and the box is sealed so leaving as is.
