Memories Gown Preservation did an amazing job making my dress nice and clean and beautiful as if it were brand new again. I love how it is displayed and glad I made the choice to add our names and wedding date. I told my sister about the wonderful job done and suggested she do the same to her dress. She got married over 5 years ago and decided not to get her dress preserved because she didn't think anyone could get her dress that clean again. the dress looks lovely inside the packaging. however, the outer box got crushed in transport and the inner box in turn got a bit mangled. the plastic wrap is still intact but i can't get the dent out of the inner vox. so i'll just leave it. if the inner box wrapping and the seal was broken, i would have called you guys. thanks so much for preserving my dress for me. you may want to think about re-inforcing the outter box so that it can't be crushed in transport.
