Everything about this process was very easy, which I appreciated! My dress was displayed nicely, with the veil and garter included. The garter is hard to see, because it got flopped around during shipping, but I'm not upset about it. The dress looks very well preserved and is now being displayed beautifully (my husband's idea). I feel completely confident that it will be in mint condition, should my stepdaughter want to wear it someday. Everything looks great so far from the outside. Looks beautiful and elegant.
The gown came back well packaged and clean looking. I am glad I chose this option to have it thoroughly cleaned and packaged.
My dress turned out great, the only thing I didn't like was that you have to pay extra for any other items besides the dress that you want stored in the box, since the box was orignally 200 dollars everything should have been included.
You guys did a great job. I got my dress, veil and garter back very quickly and it looks great.
From the minute I shipped my dress, I was so excited to get in back. Once the dress came back I was in tears. My dress looks better then I could of ever imagined. My garter was placed on the hip of the dress so it can be seen through the window. I am so happy I decided to preserve my dress with this company!

The process was so easy! And I received my dress back in a very timely manor, I was actually very surprised when I received the email just a couple weeks after sending my dress out, that it had been shipped back already! !
