My gown was shipped out and I received notice two days later that it had already been received and they we're starting the cleaning process. Almost immediately I was given an update on where in the process my gown was and when they expected to have it finished. And, incredibly, just a few days later I received an email stating my gown was already on the way back to me! My gown preservation was extremely easy. I opened the kit, assembled the box and used the bag given to put my dress in. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the preservation (garbage) bag they provided was WAY too small for my dress. It felt wrong just smashing my dress into the bag because no matter how I tried folding it, it didn't fit. Other than that, the process was easy and I loved that I could just drop it off at a local David's Bridal as opposed to taking it to a shipping center.

I am grateful that I sent the gown to you and you did return my very special gown back to me. I have not opened the box to inspect the gown, but it does look wonderful in the box. There were stains on the bottom edges because I got married in my garden at home, and there were also stains from walking on the asphalt driveway. Will it still be guaranteed if I open it and inspect the bottom edge? I almost want to just put it away in storage without opening it, but I would like to see it all beautiful and white again also. ... read more
