Quick and easy to fill out the form, Though I wish I didn't have to send the payment through the mail. Makes me a little scared having my credit card information going though the mail. Also my dress almost didn't fit in the shipping box, might want to consider having different size boxes depending on how big your dress is. The return shipping was fast and by dress looks great in the box.

Incredibly simple and timely experience, however, upon receiving my dress back, the box was bent/ripped on both of the two top corners. Aesthetically, the dress, belt and veil looks good...I just worry about the integrity of the box to protect it.
Well considering we did not take it out of the box, I cannot speak to the cleaning. What I can say is the dress looks magical in the box! Easy to ship out and timely return!

My experience with the memories gown preservation company was an almost hassle free situation. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that I had to find & then drive to a UPS drop off center to send my gown out. I believe there should be a number to call for them to pick up the gown from the residence. But once my dress left and arrived there, they were very hands on with communicating as to what would happen while my gown was there.
