My wedding dress was returned to me in about 5 weeks. I wish I could take it out and look at it everyday, but it is packaged away safe and cleaned. I liked that they emailed me every step of the way of where my dress was in the process. It calmed my thoughts about where it was and what was happening to it. I am very happy with the outcome. Also, when I called to ask a question, the representatives were very polite and helpful.
I was afraid my dress would either be refused service or wouldn't be properly cleaned because I had waited 3 months after our wedding to preserve it, but that wasn't the case at all. Not only did they clean and preserve my dress, it was a very quick turnaround for me to receive it back! I'd definitely refer Memories Gown Preservation to anyone!!! I'm a satisfied customer!

My dress and veil turned out beautiful in their separate boxes and I'm very happy with them. I wanted my veil separate due to my family possibly reusing it. On my notes I wrote that I wanted a signature required. I got my veil first and it was sitting outside my apt in about 20 deg weather. I spoke with someone at Memories and they immediately blamed UPS for the mix up.
