As far as I can tell the dress is perfectly cleaned and secured for storage. I was disappointed that my veil was packaged directly in front of my dress to the point where only a tiny bit of my dress is visible. I won't be displaying it as planned since it's just a wad of tulle in front but at least it's protected and clean. Glad I did it but disappointed that I won't see my dress in person again until it comes out of the box one day.
My dress came back beautifully gifted in a box.
