For what I can see through the window, my dress looks clean and well cared for. A bit disappointed that my headband was not displayed in the window as I was told it would be, when I called customer service. It is loose inside the box and slides around as the box is moved. Obviously I could open the box and take it out/reposition it, but that would require breaking the seal and shrink wrap.
Your company was very professional, responsible and detailed. The gown was always tracked and I always knew where it was. It is now safely tucked away for a future bride. Thank you, Sincerely, Carrie Zensinger

The process was super easy, and my gown was returned much sooner than I expected. It looks beautiful and I'm definitely glad I chose to preserve it this way as opposed to just hanging it up. Now I can display it on a shelf in my closet where it will always remind me of my awesome wedding day! My only complaints would be that the dress isn't perfectly centered inside the box, and there are a few dents in the cardboard that frames the dress.
My gown came back and it looks wonderful! The presentation is really nice. They wrap it over a dress form within the box and you can view the dress right through the window in front. It is a lovely display. They have amazing customer service if you do have a problem. I had paid extra for the premier preservation package. I was very pleased at how easy the process was to get my daughter's wedding gown preserved. After shipping the gown, it took less than 2 weeks to get it back. It looks beautiful!! Thank you!!
Service was very fast and it was nice to receive updates on the progress of my dress. It may be due to the shipping process, but the dress is slightly crooked in the box. It still looks beautiful and I have the peace of mind that it is clean and protected, which is the most important thing.
I have it on my dresser, I love looking at it. I do feel like the garter placement was a bit awkward, but with a garter, I'm sure it is limited. And I hate that you cannot see my veil and headpiece at the top. Also, there is a piece of thread in the very front of my dress that I wish could have been cut off, I feel like it is the first thing you see when you look at it. My dress looks amazing! I thought it would be cleaned and folded into a storage box - not the case! It looks so pretty and sparkly all preserved on the dress form. My only complaint is that I don't have anywhere in my house to display it!
