My (now) daughter-in-law purchased the Memories Gown Preservation kit from David's Bridal at the same time she bought her wedding dress. Following their mid-October wedding, I had offered to take care of packaging up her dress to mail in for repair and cleaning. I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal and I got a discount off of the preservation kit. Once i was ready to send my dress out for preservation I opened up the box and followed the packing instructions. Everything came in the box; packing tape, return address label, and bag for dress. The mailing process was easy and convenient and I got the dress back in no time!!!! It looks brand new again !

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Communication was great with emails letting me know when my gown was received and then sent out. Very happy with the results. The presentation of my gown is very nice. The packaging is great. I would definitely recommend using to preserve garments in the future.
Wonderful quality one issue I had was that I sent my Vial to be cleaned and placed in the box with my dress, which I had plenty of intricate beading that I would have liked to have seen when I look at the dress. The other issue I had was the ribbon that was placed around the dress was twisted and looks a little tacky. Other than that I am pleased with the packaging around the box was wonderful.
Dress came back quickly and looks beautiful!
