The entire process was very easy. My daughters gown had a lot of tule so it puffed out and I was afraid it would not fit. But the shipping box was the perfect size to send it in. I received updates throughout the entire process. When the dress came back I could have cried it looked so beautiful! My daughter just loved it and was so surprised how pretty it looked in the box and we were able to include the vail! I would highly recommend. Great price for such a quick, easy and beautiful outcome!

I had to return the preserved gown because the waist ribbon was mangled and not lying right. For whatever reason it had been taken apart and not put back like it was originally. I sent it back with pictures and a drawing showing how the ribbon was attached and it was returned quickly looking much better, although still not as it was supposed to be. The gown looks much whiter with no yellowing, even being 50 years old. Good job.

Such a wonderful service that was purchased on my behalf through David’s Bridal after our micro Star Wars wedding. I had ripped the veil the day of and lot a few beaded strands on both wrists and hemline. So, the added repair and refresh was a nice option. While I didn’t choose the window and text option, it still came back to me within a week (and some change) of delivery. Fast shipment
I purchased the Memories Gown Preservation kit at David's Bridal for my daughter's dress. It cost far less than just having the dress dry cleaned. The instructions were easy to follow and everything needed to pack and send the dress was included, as well as a link to download a UPS packing label. I dropped the dress off at UPS and it came back beautifully boxed within a 2 week period. I have highly recommended MGP to anyone who's had a wedding since.
