Box was presented very beautifully however since it is sealed for the preservation i can not confirm that the bottom of my gown is clean.

I received my dress quickly and unfortunately my tiara was loose! I blame that soely on the delivery person since my box was just tossed by the door. I called someone in customer service and they emailed me a new shipping label and in less than two weeks it was delivered. Unbelievable work! I can't get over how they arraigned the veil and tiara and how it showcases it's beauty! I cannot recommend them enough.
Everything looked great and it was easy to set up my request.
