I was disappointed with the personalization of the box option that you offer and the condition upon the second return. I paid to have my new name and wedding date on the box, but the company put my old name and the date of shipment by me on the outside. I called back, and Priscilla was very nice in handling the return for the correction. I also provided a different shipping address so that I didn't have to worry about porch pirates taking it from my home. But it was shipped to my home anyway. Just what you promised! Excellent condition.
It was very easy to pack in box and the instructions were simple. Got preserved dress back in about a 1 1/2 weeks. Perfect!
It was beautifully displayed. It will be placed in my daughter's dresser when she buys her home.
It was easy and quick which is a welcome relief after the craziness of the wedding. My only complaint is how my tiara was handled. It was not secured and was loosely moving around the box. It became kind of wedged near the bottom between my dress and box. I didnt want to try and move it as I don't want to risk causing damage and I don't want to open the box because I don't want to break the seal.
