My experience with Memories Gown Preservation was overall a pretty good experience. My dress and veil were returned in good condition, the box was undamaged, and my gown was returned in a timely manner. The issue I had with this service is that I got not only my dress, but another woman's. I was able to get in touch with customer service to resolve this. Customer service was very friendly and efficient and helped me get the dress sent back to them so they could get it sent to the appropriate owner.
My dress came back very timely and it looks amazing! I am very pleased with the way it's displayed!
I was disappointed with the personalization of the box option that you offer and the condition upon the second return. I paid to have my new name and wedding date on the box, but the company put my old name and the date of shipment by me on the outside. I called back, and Priscilla was very nice in handling the return for the correction. I also provided a different shipping address so that I didn't have to worry about porch pirates taking it from my home. But it was shipped to my home anyway. It was very easy to pack in box and the instructions were simple. Got preserved dress back in about a 1 1/2 weeks. Perfect!
