My dress was submitted for preservation the day after my wedding, and it showed up a couple days after we got back from our honeymoon, in perfect condition! The box is intact, and the dress looks absolutely beautiful!! It was a gigantic dress, so for it to fit so nicely in a well-preserved box, I couldn't be happier!
The experience was great I just wish I knew about the monogram when I signed up to ship my gown. I'm so busy and my phone was having problems so I missed the email.
