I love how the dress I had altered turned out and the tailor took her time with me to collaborate on how to alter the dress. The lace was very dirty and it looks brand new.
So far so good. Having starch in the shirt with collars and cuffs nicely pressed are my priority. Service was good and everyone very friendly.
The clothes were cleaned well but the dry clean pricing was more than double what I normally pay. I can't recognize the value here and will be returning to my previous dry cleaning service. Thank you
Your staff is fantastic - knowledgeable of your services and friendly. Items were ready as promised and I appreceiated the email reminding me they were ready for pick up. However, I'll be bringing on suit coat back to be re-pressed. The collar does not lay flat. Also, there was a tag indicating you could not get out a stain, which I have not found and didn't know existed. My recommendation is that if you're going to flag something as stained, please let me know where the stain is when I pick up the garment.
