Drop off was very friendly. However, the employee that was on pick up recorded my name as "William" instead of "Williams" so when I went later to pick back up, the employee said I had either used another name or had already picked it up. If I hadn't had my receipt, it would have been an awkward situation since I had an interview the next morning.
Brought in a pair of ladies pants with coffee down the front. Stains removed and cleaned, crisp press. Excellent!!
Had my jacket altered and it fits perfect! Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Will definitely come back.
