Quick service at a reasonable price.
Lady received clothes with a smile and an attention to details. Clothes were clean. Really liked the email notifying clothes were ready.
My order got mixed up with the car in front of me. It was eventually sorted out, but there was a long wait. The staff was friendly, but not particularly speedy or apologetic.

I brought a gown and wool sweater from Ireland to be cleaned; the sweater was cleaned. I chose M-D because of reviews, and wanted good care for my mother-of the-groom gown, which I plan to put away, possibly tailoring to wear again. I was very pleased by the phone call telling me there was no care label in the dress, so they wanted instructions. The manufacturer listed 'none' for care instructions on the website. Who knew? I ended up picking up the dress, to be put away as is, I guess.
