I really appreciate that I'm greeted by bame when I walk in & how quickly the team takes care of me. Being able to just drop off my reusable bag with the tag makes the front end process just as quick.

This dry cleaners always does a VERY good job on my dry cleaning. I DID however take a rug in that I was quoted one price on but when I went in...the counter person said it would be MUCH higher that that. Not happy about that...

Hi Shelly, this is Mike Healy the owner of Martinizing of Ann Arbor. I am sorry about the pricing issue on the rug. We use a third party for rugs and leather goods. We provide a price estimate based on their pricing guidance but sometimes for a variety of reasons they land on a higher price. They are supposed to call us if the price will be tangibly higher than the estimate so that we can contact the customer to see if he/she still wants the item cleaned but I have struggled to make sure this happens every time.
