I just learned yesterday that Martinizing never re-uses the metal cloth hangers. This is such a shame. WE HAVE TO BE SMART and not just believe that the recycle is the environmentally friendliest thing we can do. WHY not reuse the hangers? I am not likely to come back to your business from now on.

We do recycle hangers - both because it is the right thing to do for the environment and the right thing to do as a business. The shirt hangers returned by customers to the Plymouth store are supposed to be sent to our Stadium store where most shirts are cleaned. As a long time customer I can reliably report that Chrystle runs a tight ship. Employees welcome you, quickly check in your order, offer a pickup date which can be reasonably adjusted for special need, and pleasantly interact with you as you wish. Pressing is meticulous and small lost buttons replaced as a courtesy. Never has any item been lost or damaged. A pleasant email will notify you that your items are missing you in case you are delayed way past the pick up date. Easy parking.
