I really appreciate that I'm greeted by bame when I walk in & how quickly the team takes care of me. Being able to just drop off my reusable bag with the tag makes the front end process just as quick.

The laundered and pressed shirts still have dirt stains on them. I produced an M-card for the 10% discount and it was denied. Then the counter person got a terrible attitude about. Supposedly, it's a policy that I had to present the card during drop off. If that is even true, the policy is completely arbitrary. What difference does it make when I show the card? I'm hunting around for a new cleaner.

This dry cleaners always does a VERY good job on my dry cleaning. I DID however take a rug in that I was quoted one price on but when I went in...the counter person said it would be MUCH higher that that. Not happy about that...

We provide a price estimate based on their pricing guidance but sometimes for a variety of reasons they land on a higher price. They are supposed to call us if the price will be tangibly higher than the estimate so that we can contact the customer to see if he/she still wants the item cleaned but I have struggled to make sure this happens every time.
