Mrs Mary worked hard to stop a red color from running while taking a stain out of a pillow sham. After reading the label and agreeing to cold washing it the s tree sin wash removed and the red did not bleed. I think we both learned something from this. Thank you Mary at One Hr. Martinizing

I needed to have drapes pressed, and you mixed them in with the current work so they would be available quicker. The staff was working in the sweltering heat because the extreme summer weather. The counter girl was pleasant and efficient despite the the heat.

Left my quilts to be cleaned on July 12. Did not get them back for close to two weeks. Called, they could not find my ticket. Called back and they finally found it. I had to call several times before anyone would answer the phone. Hire someone to answer the phone.
