Well I dropped off a comforter in its original zipper bag was told they can’t find it I could have taken the bag with me

Very inconsistent. I ask for my stuff to be done the same way every time and it’s never done the way I ask. Three times now I’ve had to get my stuff redone because it’s not what I asked for. The biggest problem is when they grab my stuff for me they already know it’s done wrong and they ask me if I want it redone instead of just redoing it before I come get it.
