My comforter was not ready when it was supposed to be and wasn’t done for almost two weeks. I was charged the same price and I will never use your service again!!! If I would’ve been given a discount for them being so late in completing my item, my feelings may have been different!!!!!!

My $300 silk shirt was ruined by a blue ink pen. I was advised not to leave a negative comment, but contact them directly so they could make it right. I contacted them 3 weeks ago and nothing. This is the 3rd shirt in 5 years that has been ruined. When I brought the other 2 shirts to their attention, they replied they must have been stained before they treated them. Favorite, commemorative, silk shirt, ruined. Not even a phone call.. Very disappointed!

No matter how busy the employees are when Dave or I drop off and pick up clothes they are ALWAYS very prompt and friendly! They do an outstanding job! We feel there should be a tip container where customers can leave a thank you tip! We appreciate their customer service!

An error was made when I brought in a large bundle of shirts to be laundered and folded. A mistake was made on the ticket and the shirts were not folded. Martinizing in Sheridan immediately corrected the mistake and covered the cost differential between hanger and folded shirts. Thank you, Martinizing!
Always friendly service , reasonable priced and they always do a good job. I would recommend them !
