Hi would like to say that I was very happy, please with my service. A regular customer location Gross Point. The Experience That I Had at the Cleaner on 10mile Novi rd Geo Green Cleaners Very Bad Service Don`t put your clothes there please. .

Excellent service! Management makes good on past promises (I had a credit coming to me from last year because of returned items that were not cleaned up to par & was told to bring them in for re-cleaning. It took me almost a year before I could do so because of my frequent travels out of town but when I finally did recently, management made certain that the re-cleaning would be done free because of my previous credit)!

Horrible!!!!! Everyone be careful going to this facility! They will loose your items and not replace them. I have spent thousands with this company and as a loyal customer when they lost my expensive duvet cover they would not replace it for me! Judy the general manager welcomed me taking them to small claims court to get my money! I have never been treated so horrible. The owner refused to call me and Judy hung up on me! She is the most horrible manager I have ever come in contact with.
