TOOK A BRAND NEW WHITE DRESS SHIRT TO BE CLEANED AND HEAVY STARCHED.......PICKED IT UP AND IT HAD HORRIBLE RIBBON TYPE WRINKLES BETWEEN THE BUTTONS AND THE POCKET........TOOK AT BACK AND THE COUNTER LADY SAID IT WAS A ISSUE WITH THE MACHINE........SHE SAID SHE WOULD REDO IT.......WENT BACK TO PICK IT UP AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM......NEVER OFFERED A REFUND EITHER........
