I went in with expectation of using coupons that came to us in the mail. Upon dropping off the order, the cashier explained that none of my coupons applied. Felt like a bait and switch. In hindsight I should have gone elsewhere because after comparing the pricing to competitors, the Martinizing price was higher for the regular cleaning of two comforters, and the competitors would have honored the Martinizing coupons.
