Everything looked great and delivered as promised. Super convenient.
Fine - our first pick up- things were picked up at 10:15 BUT - we are being flooded by e-mails...... We hope we can call whenever we have a Tuesday or Friday pickup
I specifically asked: can you have this dress tomorrow by 1 pm. You said absolutely yes. Today you called and said you couldn't have it until 5:30 pm as that is when it would be back from the facility. I had to leave for my trip without it. Completely disastisfied.
Everything was perfect ... service was great ... and the icing on the cake was my order was early!
Delivery was great and shirts were clean. I prefer when french cuffs are folded over and ironed rather than left flat as they lay better when worn. The metal hangers are quite sharp but good and strong.

I had surgery this week and could not lift anything. Martinizing called ahead of time to prepare me and took cloths in my hamper. All i did was open the garage door, they did the rest. Thank you
First time customer of Martinizing Dry Cleaning here. The hotel where I am staying does not offer anymore laundry/dry cleaning services and I have to find out a trusted partner to take care of my laundry. I found this with Martinizing Dry Cleaning. Bob was really helpful, patient and very open in answering my queries. Had a special pick-up on Saturday morning and it came back before 6PM. It really was a breeze! My clothes were taken cared of! Thank you so much Bob! Kudos to everyone.
