I have had my father's WWII Navy uniform (1939) and my grandmother's 1920 flapper dress all these years. I wanted to have them carefully cleaned and am thrilled with the special care that they received. The free delivery service, customer care and correspondence are outstanding! I now have a favorite dry cleaners and will recommend them to many!

First time customer. Great customer service when I dropped off my blazer to be cleaned. But it never got delivered as comitted to maybe it goes out after store closes- in which case it’s 730pm- so maybe it will still come? Going on a trip tomorrow and hopefully will be able to pick up tomorrow
Please deliver on your promise. You told me my shirt (a tux shirt I needed for a party) would be at my house by Noon. Haven’t seen it yet and it is 3:05pm. U need to earn my business. This is not a good start
While I am set to pick up my dry cleaning on Thursday, I can definitely say that I had a positive experience when speaking with the front desk person on December 11th, 2017, around 3:30pm PST. She was cordial, pleasant, and seems like she knew what she was doing. Perfect! Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she took the ticket for 10 items (dress shirts with a mix of dress pants), made a note I want only dry cleaning from here on out, and identified the problems I needed resolved on a shirt without me specifying wh... read more
