I brought in my favorite silk jacket that had black stains in several places after TSA made me remove it. They placed it on conveyor belt to run it through. I had taken it to 2 other dry cleaners who did not think they could get the stains out. I was greeted by Bob and another person in a friendly and courteous manner. They took the time to look at it and told me the chances of getting the stains out were very high.
