I've been going to the One Hour Martinizing, in Alameda, for several years, at least 2 to 3 times per month. They always do an excellent job. They are very Professional and most of all consistently nice and welcoming. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are the Best!!!

My husband and I LOVE Martinizing so much. Best dry cleaning place out there in the Bay Area. We used to live in Oakland where we first starting using martinizing. Then we moved to concord. We tried a lot of different dry cleaning out there in contra costa county, but honestly nothing compares. We travel from concord to alameda just to drop off my husband’s uniforms and we have absolutely no problem because the service is excellent, the people are so helpful, and the seamstress there did an amazing job fixing my jeans. Friendly and fast
Great service every time and resonable prices.
It was good. I received my items on time and the cashiers were friendly. I would recommend a soft reminder to new customers an introduction i.e. present coupons when dropping off items, how long you hold items for before you donate them, etc.
I brought 2 items in for alterations and it turned out that they dry cleaned them but never completed alterations. Very disappointed and now need to make trip back to return the items.
I got my daughter’s beautiful jr. Prom dress cleaned after she dragged it all over the dirty floor all night. It looks brand new! Great job!!
All front counter ladies are soo professional and personable. Customer service is fabulous.
