Customer service was exceptional. I had my baby with me, and the both employees helping me offered to walk my clothes out to the car for me. When I had questions about pricing, someone came by and walked me through everything very thoroughly. I was given a significant discount for being a first time customer, which I really appreciated. My only hesitation in coming back was the price to launder a lot of my shirts which were given special treatment because the material was 97% cotton and 3% spandex. I always appreciate the personal touch that everyone provides. I usually have at least a dozen or so items and they are quick to assist with carrying to my car. These ladies offer first class service all the time!
They are always ready to serve you and cleaning is super
Pick-up/drop-off service is like a well-oiled machine. I even dropped it off on Sunday once and somehow they were able to deliver it the following day.

I have been using the South Shore Shopping Center Martinizing. Dry Cleaners consistently for over two years. They provide excellent service from start to finish. The staff are all standouts. I am impressed with the Alterations they provide! They are extremely thorough when taking items in; clearly stating beforehand what they are able to clean and what they cannot.
