Horrible experience, I came in to fix a pair of dress pants for my brother’s wedding and when I first walked in they said it’d be anywhere from $18-$25 dollars so I said great and when I came in to get measurements the lady kept saying no to what i suggested because she claimed they’d look better how she did it. When i got my pants turned into me they look super un proportional. They are baggy from the leg and are very tight at my ankle area. I have used Southshore Martinizing in Alameda for many years now. They are always friendly and welcoming. The service of laundry, dry cleaning and tailoring has always been first rate. I also love the popcorn provided. The location is perfect for my other activities. I will continue to use their service and will refer them to anyone. Thank you.
Pros: Quick turnaround time and friendly staff. Most of the stains that I wanted out were taken out. Cons: The stains were still there, and I typically do not do dry cleaning but paying $20+ for a dress seemed a bit much.
I just got a note saying my laundry was dumped at their doorsteps!!
