Very fast, very friendly, but alteration done was not good
Great job. The friendliness that everyone at your business displays to the customers is really appreciated.
Not good. All four garments that we brought them to be dry cleaned, or laundered had Issues: 1. Two dress shirts have stains on the collar that were identified when I dropped them off; 2. A white suit jacket had a stain Was not removed; 3. Both shirts in the white suit jacket had black specs on them, Which staff said likely came from the conveyor system; 4. The suit had loose buttons on jacket that were Identified at drop off, but not tightened. The quality of service has declined significantly over the past six months.
June assisted me today. Always excellent Customer Service and great timelines with turnaround for garments. I travel outside my home City to patronize Martinizing Dry Cleaners for the reasons listed above.
