I went to my neighborhood dry cleaner to drop off some clothes. I was met by a very cheerful and fully engaged counter person. This person was able to pull up my history, tag my clothes and provide me a pickup date within less than 1 minute. I received a text the following day (as scheduled) to say my cleaning was ready. Pickup, pay and out the door within less than 1 minute. this more than meets my expectations.

We are not from the Bay Area and were in desperate dire to have an wedding suit cleaned by the next day by 4:00pm. We got a text the next morning at 10:00am saying our item is ready for pickup!!!
