I used the seamstress services for hemming two items for an upcoming trip. The woman that helped me was great, friendly and actually talked me out of shortening the dress. We decided just to shorten the skirt and it was perfect. thank you!

As a caregiver for my mom, who is 98 years young needed clean clothes, after a terrible fall, for her doctor appointment. fell and broke her ribs and shoulder. I went to my neighborhood dry cleaner to drop off some clothes. I was met by a very cheerful and fully engaged counter person. This person was able to pull up my history, tag my clothes and provide me a pickup date within less than 1 minute. I received a text the following day (as scheduled) to say my cleaning was ready. Pickup, pay and out the door within less than 1 minute. this more than meets my expectations.

We are not from the Bay Area and were in desperate dire to have an wedding suit cleaned by the next day by 4:00pm. We got a text the next morning at 10:00am saying our item is ready for pickup!!!
