Initially they were not able to finish my coat sleeve adjustment. But when we told them how important we needed it before Monday they were able to complete my order the next day. Wow. And their staff are very professional, kind and willing to listen to their customers. Highly recommended
Professional and effective as always. In this case, replacing the zipper on a coat took a few weeks longer than normal and I’m unsure why it was so complex a task. Good thing I had another coat during the cold spell (with a zipper that had been replaced, quickly, a few years earlier)..
