They are amazing! Such great customer service! So polite and friendly! They even cane to car to help me get my linens and bring them in! They even carried all my items to my car once I picked them up. 5 stars!

As always, the driver picked up my laundry on the right day and at a reasonable time. My laundry was delivered thoroughly cleaned, dried and folded. I love this service. Hopefully the price can stay as it is. A fixed income does not allow much wiggle room.

I never got any notification that my clothes were ready for pickup. I had to call and the person was rude. In addition I was uncomfortable when at the pickup the person who got my clothes made a comment about the large amount of clothes I had. It was inappropriate.
