Consistent, reliable, efficient, and pleasant. I usually prepay and wish a price list was prominently posted for more transparency. It would be great if they offered pick- up and delivery in Berkeley.

I arrived earlier than my alteration ticket stated the dress would be ready. Staff offered to finish it up. Waited 5 minutes and she finished it so I didn't have to come back later !
You guys did an amazing job getting my flag cleaned I will continue going there in the future
