I brought in a rug to be cleaned. The technician I spoke with wasn't sure if it could be cleaned but that the manager would contact me to let me know. Unfortunately, it couldn't be cleaned without damage but true to her word I received a phone call letting me know. I appreciate the attention I received at your store.
