Everything was as it always is, with the exception of the employee couldn’t find my account even though I brought my bag with a tag in with my clothing in it. She tried multiple times to find it in the computer but was not able to do so. The only drawback about this scenario is that my dress shirts always get heavy starch, this time they did not. I have no issues paying over $100 for my dry cleaning each time I bring it in, but it would have been nice to have had my shirts the way I like them.
