I am never disappointed when getting my items back. They are all always clean & the staff are always pleasant when being attended to.
I had 2 pants cleaned there and numerous times previously through the Kroger in Johnstown Ohio but every time I had them cleaned and pressed they have only been pressed. There has been same 3 stains on my grays pants for the past 6months. I have brought it the attention each time they have been dropped off but to no end they came back pressed not cleaned. Not a happy customer.
