My clothes were done ahead of time. The service is fast, reliable, and courteous.
When completely ruining a dry cleanable item I was left to discover it at home. Never informed at pick-up. Not willing to cover the cost, replace, or even offer an apology. Also overcharged on an item and charged for an item that I had to go back to pickup because it wasn’t with my order. They had to search for it and lift up bags to say is this it repeatedly. I informed them that my name should be on it. Unprofessional, unorganized and inconsiderate.
