Dropped off a brand new duvet cover from Pottery Barn in March. We signed a consent form twice. They kept telling us it would be ready next week, then the next week. I called today and spoke w the manager, Terry. She said they have no signed consent form, which is not true. I was so frustrated, and said we signed the consent form twice. She then hung up on me.
