I left clothing to altered and was told I would be called when it was completed. I never got a call. I called and found out they had be completed several weeks before. I thought the cost was high. I have yet to wear the shorts to see if I am satisfied.

I took a brand new pair of jeans in to get a crease in the legs. It came back with no cease and flattened out. When I returned it and told them about the mistake they had made the lady refused to make good on correcting the problem unless I paid full price again to get it corrected. Very poor customer service and it cost them a customer as I will not use this cleaners again.
