Lost my wedding dress. I had to go back in their storage area to identify it. Late estimate. I dropped off my dress in mid July, it wasn't ready until October. Communication. I received no call/email to alert me that my dress was ready. I had to call them (which is fine, but not what they promised). And after all this, they charged me the full amount for cleaning.

Hi, unfortunately the quality has been a lot worse lately, I'm not even going to pay for this last one, it's so unacceptable. Many collars have wrinkles ironed in them, one has even large exfoliation in them. One shirt has dirt spots and another has many dog hair on it. I will give one more chance to make it right, but if this quality remains I will look for another company. I took pictures and can send them if needed. Thanks for taking my feedback into consideration.
