I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed, was told they would be ready in 10 days, picked them up when they were ready, and they had never been hemmed. The clerk had no idea, she said she thought they were sent out but apparently they must not have been sent out and they were just bagged and she called to say they were ready. We were on it vacation, so we could not wait another 10 days for them to try to get it right.
