Great service and staff super sweet!
My blouse had makeup on it which i informed Lapel of,when i received my blouse back with something blue on it . They removed the makeup,but left another stain.Not happy.

My very expensive JQueen NY comforter was stored for over 1 year due to the housing market. Upon unpacking it I found it had Mildew in several places and I was broken hearted. I went to the nearest dry cleaner and before I even spoke the woman told me it would be a month before they could even look at it.
